The other side, is the ultra high end resort district is open to the public and includes Park Hyatt, Soho House, Grand Fiesta Americana, and Hacienda del Mar.
Why this matters. If you are considering owning here, you have to choose between buying into the Cove Club, with access to the Cove Course and Four Seasons amenities, or buying into the Park Hyatt / Soho House high end residences which are also ultra-luxury but without the access to the Cove Club Course.
