The Auberge Residence Ownership Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle while owning a real estate interest in the Villas within the Auberge Resort at Esperanza.

Owners purchase a 1/8th undivided interest in a condominium Villa and enter a Master Use Agreement, integrating their Villas into the Membership Program. Each owner is entitled to reserve six Vacation Weeks annually and unlimited Short Notice Vacation Nights, subject to availability which are allocated through an equitable rotation system managed by the Club. Confirmations of owners weeks are provided by mid-June each year. Owners, their families, and friends enjoy unrestricted access to Villas under the club’s reservation system. Short Notice stays, ranging from 1 to 7 days, can also be booked within 60 days of the desired arrival date, subject to availability. Once a Short Notice stay is used, owners may book another, with no limit on the number of stays. Additionally, grown children and parents of owners can utilize Short Notice stays independently.

For added flexibility, owners can submit up to two weeks per year to the Auberge Resorts Rental Program, earning 60% of the net revenue from rented weeks.

Owners also benefit from exchange opportunities through partnerships with The Timbers Collection and Elite Alliance, allowing them to trade reserved weeks for stays at other premier properties, including Auberge’s Calistoga Ranch in Napa Valley, Telluride, CO, and more.
